"Multiple Chains" by Brenda Sommers - Brenda started this quilt last year at Quilt Festival and made it a goal to finish it before taking another class from the same instructor - Krisanne Watkins. There are LOTS of little squares in this scrappy quilt!
"Sunny Miles Day" by Bonnie Miles - From Bonnie's stash with original blocks - and some family history. Great job, Bonnie and thanks for inspiring all of us to finish projects!"Rose of Sharon" (Or Aspen Rose) by Liz Laney - Liz has been working on this quilt for 12 years. She brings it to Aspen Grove every year! Beautiful applique!
"Megan's Quilt" by Wanda Sump - Turquoise, white, brown medallion quilt for her 14 year old daughter - who designed this fun quilt, and picked out all of the fabric!
"20th Anniversary" by Wanda Sump - A gorgeous king-sized quilt in red, black and white - her wedding colors. Disappearing 9 patch pattern.
"Girl Gang 2009-10" by Wanda Sump - A modified Jan Patek Girl Gang quilt top. She changed some of the icons, etc. - Great job!
"Scrap Me One More Time" by Nancy Leach - This is a string quilt design that used up lots of scraps! Wow!
"Fig Tree" by Francine Berrett - Francine also made this beautiful quilt with a fig tree pattern and fabric - great job!
"Utah Valley Quilt 2010" by Francine Berrett - This beautiful quilt is Francine's own design for our Guild this year! Thanks, Francine!
"Animal Prints" by Carol Ford - Carol made two of these great quilts with various animal prints that she had collected - an allegro pattern with minkee on the back. Christmas gifts for 2 of her sons.
"Nativity" by Carol Ford - This amazing quilt is a beautiful Nativity design - batiks on black - Carol loves both.
"Brown Sugar Berries" by Annette Crain - Her challenge quilt - made from most of her Thimbleberries Scraps - beautiful! (Sorry about the horrible picture).
"Nauvoo Temple" by Jean Thornod - Jean went on the internet and learned how to paper-piece and made this stunning wall hanging to raise money at the Festival of Trees for her Young Women. Wow!

"Christmas Elves" by Karlene Riggs Wow - Karlene made all of these quilts from her stash and she says she doesn't like to get up on stage, so she made one BIG trip!

"Red/black/grey" by Karlene Riggs her own design for her son's high school graduation in his school colors.
"Nature's Flurries" by Marian Gallian - Riley Blake's "Love is in the Air" fabric with gorgeous appliqued scallops.
"Petals and Pinwheels" by Marian Gallian - Riley Blake's "Quite Contrary" fabric - Marian made dimensional pinwheels and prairie points.
"Star Gazing" by Marian Gallian - Marian makes quilts for Riley Blake fabrics in their new fabric lines (lucky!). This one is from their "All-Star 2" fabric line with appliqued hearts.
"Journey to the Stars" by Jana Griffin - This wonderful quilt is made with blue, yellow, red and gold. Her son helped design it and chose the colors when he was 9 years old (10 years ago!) There are planets, rockets, etc. Jana quilted it herself with metallic thread and entered it in the Springville show, right before her son left on his mission.
"Jane Invites Hannah for a Dutch Treat" by Shirley L. Olsen - This quilt was begun as part of the Utah Quilt Guild Dear Jane challenge. The final stitches were taken in July of 2010. (2 years later). Shirley wanted a bigger quilt than the "Dear Jane" quilt, so she used all of the "Dear Jane" blocks, plus some of the "Dear Hannah" blocks as well as some from "Dutch Treat". Thus the cute name. The quilt has both machine and hand quilting. Most of the pieced blocks were paper-pieced. The applique is needle-turned. The quilt is 115" x 115" and looks great on Shirley's King Sized bed.
"Selvedge Quilt" , "30's Table Topper", "Curved Log Cabin" & "Flip and Sew Christmas Quilt" - by Ronda Shaw - Wow - Ronda has been busy!
"Leftover Lillies" and "Scrappy Gretchen" by Judy Monson - Judy made both of these beauties with her stash!
"Batiks" - by Liza Anne Hall - Liza made this beautiful quilt for her granddaughter who is turning 12 -now to make it longer... (great job!)
"Rocky Road to Kansas" by Janet Carpenter - Janet has made 4 of these great scrap quilts - her husband's grandmother's favorite pattern. She is making one for each of her children (her great-grandchildren) for Christmas. Janet swears her fabric is fornicating because it just keeps growing!!
"Stash Stars" by Kathy Porter - This was made from Kathy's stash - it is gorgeous. She made it with "square-in-a-square" method stars.
"Stash Envy" by Kathy Porter - Total stash quilt - log cabin variation - it is her favorite stash quilt! (Doesn't she have a great stash!) Then, she made a tiny-mini quilt and used some of the strips leftover to put a little piano key border on this quilt too - darling!
"Rail Fence" by Jacqueline Thompson - This is leftover fabric from another quilt - entirely of scraps!
"Scraps in Crossroads" by Jacqueline Thompson - Another great stash quilt made with 2" squares.
"Hearts and Homes" by Jacqueline Thompson - This beautiful quilt was made from a kit - lots of applique work.
"Mystery Medallion" by Jacqueline Thompson - Jacque made this quilt from a class from Sylvia Lewis at her "Knotts" (Bee) Retreat. It features a center feathered star surrounded my 20 paper-pieced stars made entirely from her stash!!!! Done in hand-dyes and batik fabrics.
"Trick or Treat" by Carolyn Cragun - This adorable quilt is an appliqued pattern by Harriet Wyant - so cute!
"French Braid" by Erin Davenport - This gorgeous quilt is the 3rd quilt that Erin started!!! Made with Batiks in fall colors. She took a quilt class with her mom and decided to make it into a king-sized! The gradation of colors is amazing. Quilted by Carmen Geddes.
"Texture Overload" by Michelle Hansen - Using the new "Texture Magic" product, Michelle used it in this simple, but gorgeous baby quilt - varying her stitch widths and batting. It feels amazing!
"Red, Black and White" by Pam Faddis - This beautiful quilt was pieced by the Utah Valley Quilt Guild at Aspen Grove last year. It will be donated to the Festival of Trees this year. Quilted at Hot Chocolate Quilts by Pam Faddis.
"Candy Kisses for Sadie" by Lynnette Rose - This pink and black quilt will go into the festival of trees for auction in memory of Lynnette's little granddaughter who battled brain cancer.
"Eye Candy Quilt" by Janet Weber - Janet is a new quilter (6 months) and she made this darling Halloween quilt from the pattern: "I just can't cut it" - a great pattern for beginners - this is her 2nd quilt!
"3 dimensional Bow-tie" & "Basket Quilt" by Mary Jo Roberts - Mary Jo made these beautiful quilts - one in a class and she is glad that they are finished!
