"Big Sister" and "Little Sister" by Brenda Sommers
These fun quilts are made from Konda Luckau's book, "Simply Charming" and the "Oh Cherry Oh" charm pack by Moda. One is twin size and the other crib size.
This soft baby quilt was made from a kit Brenda purchased, but when she realized how much applique there was, she added a few more fabrics and made a different pattern.
It is for her newest granddaughter.
"Lady in Waiting" by Linda Roskelley
This amazing grandmother's flower garden has borders from "Pink Lemonade". Linda did most of the hand piecing while waiting for her husband at the different places that she drives him to.
"Carpenter's Star" by Deonn Stott
This stunning quilt was made for Deonn's husband, who is a finish carpenter. She made it with her triplet daughters. It is beautiful in browns and greens. She just finished quilting it this morning, she is usually quilting for other people!
"Ruffles Galore" by Lynette Rose
Lynette made this beautiful baby quilt with brights and pinks and browns. It is a dimensional quilt, beautifully quilted by Pam Fadis - her favorite quilter.
"Z Softest Quilt" by Lynette Rose
This fun quilt has goofy monsters and rich black minkie.
Her grandson has claimed it for his own!
Also quilted by Pam Fadis with neon thread that makes it even cuter.
"Sunset" by Saundra Cindrich
Saundra made this little gem in golds and sunset colors.
She is currently in love with curved piecing and this is her original pattern.
It also has applique.
"Kotzebu Ice Fishing" by Carol Ford
Another great wall hanging, this one is of Eskimos, fishing through the ice.
The batik fabrics remind Carol of water, snow and ice.
She made it to add a little color to their cabin in Alaska.
"Heading Upstream" by Carol Ford
This wonderful batik wall hanging has salmon on it and is for Carol's cabin in Alaska.
Carol and her family love to go fishing for salmon there.
"Underground Railroad" by Ella Simons
This gorgeous sampler was a great learning experience for Ella to learn about the underground railroad. She said that the amazing diamond border was a pain in the neck!
