October Show & Tell

Darcia Pinette displayed "Child's Favorite Houses", an off-white whole cloth quilt that she quilted with the design of a carousel horse. Gorgeous!
Francine Berrett showed two quilts. "Farm House", a pattern by Edyta Sitar was made in country reds, blues & greens. "Snowball" is a scrappy quilt made with many different civil war fabrics.

Her "Farm House" quilt is on the left, and Rebecca Hansen also made "Farm House", hers is on the right, above.  Rebecca also put her leftover houses on the back and made a smaller wall hanging from the scraps.  She used batiks.  They both started their quilts at Ruby's Inn earlier this year. Way to finish!

Carol Hunt presented "Sunbonnet Sue" The blocks for this quilt were done in 2000 with her five granddaughters. The girls colored blocks with crayons which Carol then heat-set and combined into a unique quilt!
Gloria Hartley finished a "Mystery Quilt" through the Maple Mountain Guild. It features stars in blacks, golds and creams.

Thanks, ladies!
