March Program-Jodi Warner

Jodi Glissmeyer Warner, a local quilter, was our guest speaker in March.  She dazzled us with a gorgeous trunk show of original quilts.  One of her quilts was recently featured on the cover of "Quilter's World" magazine (February 2011).  Please enjoy the pictures of her trunk show below.  For more information on Jodi or her patterns see your March Patchwords or her website found here hearthsewnpatterns.com
Thank you Jodi for sharing your beautiful work.

March Forum- The ABC's of Applique

Helen Butler taught us some of the ins and outs of machine applique in March.  We had a mini Round Robin where Kathy Porter and Judy Fitzgerald and Helen had us gather round their sewing machine's to teach us new techniques. The quilts featured in these pictures are all appliqued by machine.
